Located on a fifth-generation family apple orchard, in the Shenandoah Valley, Winchester Ciderworks crafts English style, off-dry ciders. Produced traditionally and with an emphasis on quality, their cider is aged a minimum of nine months to produce the proper balance and complexity of flavors. Certain ciders undergo further barrel aging to add even more depth.
