The Pearmund Cellers property features a 7500-square-foot geothermal winery and a 25-acre vineyard originally planted in 1976. Not to be missed is the Italian-tiled barrel room; it boasts Spanish antique-gold light fixtures and a unique barrel stacking system.
They invite you to relax and enjoy views of the old vines with local cheeses, meats, and of course, a glass of their finest wine. They produce Chardonnay, Viognier, Riesling, Late Harvest Vidal, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Ameritage, or other award-winning varietals.
The Pearmund Cellars team is passionate about educating wine enthusiasts about Virginia Wine and, thus, offer custom tours that teach their customers about the grapes, the wine making and the aging process. Tours are customized, so please call for reservations.
