Courthouse Creek Cider is a family run business producing fine Virginia cider, and can be found in beautiful Goochlands, County of the Central Virginia AVA. Courthouse Creek is dedicated to growing heirloom cider apples with minimal intervention. They allow the red clay of Goochland, Virginia and the soothing winds of the James River to do the majority of the work on their behalf. This lends itself well to the simple, yet profound, cider-making philosophy: “ do our best to let the fruit speak for itself, and add a loving twist here and there.”

Courthouse Creek Cider now has two locations. The growing orchard, production facility, and tasting room, is located on the farm in Maidens (Goochland), VA. The new urban Cider Bar can be found in Richmond, close to restaurants and breweries in the hip neighborhood of Scott’s Addition. It features an outdoor patio and upstairs cider garden; just look for the purple building.

At either location, you’re sure to experience the fun, funky atmosphere that makes Courthouse Creek Cider so special. Above all, you’ll see that Courthouse Creek Cider is the vision of a family sharing common goals and values, blended together to produce heartfully made, fine Virginia cider.
