Unleash your Inner Athlete with Lawn Games and Virginia Wine

Picture yourself at a Virginia winery on a beautiful, sunny early summer weekend. What do you envision? Perhaps you’re seated comfortably at the bar learning about the latest tasty vintage. Maybe you’re kicked back in an adirondack chair with a glass, bottle at your side, enjoying beautiful vistas and a cool breeze.  Possibly, you see yourself swaying to the familiar tune of a oldies band.

Sounds great, right? Sure…now scrap all of that because there are four upcoming events for those of us who are ready for something a little different—perhaps ready to unleash our inner athlete. These events are perfect those of us who are ready for a little “friendly” competition and who don’t mind getting a little sweaty.

To those of you who prefer the sidelines: perfect; come on out, for where would the Seattle Seahawks be without the 13th Man? Every elite competitor deserves a spectator or two. Besides, there will be plenty of great Virginia wine to go ‘round.
